100% refund will be given for purchases returned within 5 (five) days of the original purchase, subject to the following requirements:

• Merchandise must be accompanied by receipt and in brand new condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packing materials and blank warranty cards.

• Software must be unopened and in the original, sealed packaging.

 

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns of merchandise in original condition made between 6 (six) and 30 (thirty) days after purchase.

 

No refunds will be given after 30 (thirty) days or on the following sensitized materials:

• blank media
• computer hardware
• lighting equipment
• bulbs
• special orders
• cosigned merchandise
• opened printers
• film and/or darkroom papers
• any sensitized materials

Online Order Processing & Shipping

 

What payment methods are accepted for online orders?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal and Showcase Inc. E-Giftcards for orders placed in our web store.

 

Can I pick up my online order in the store?

Yes, orders placed online can be picked up at the store by the purchaser with their photo I.D. and the order confirmation email. If someone other than the purchaser will be picking up the order, it must be notated during order checkout. They will also need their photo I.D. and order confirmation email to claim the merchandise.

Orders placed by 5:00PM Monday through Friday will be available for pick up on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00PM Monday through Thursday will be available for pick up on the following day. Orders placed after 5:00PM on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be available for pick up on Monday.

 

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped via UPS. Shipments are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday. From our location in Atlanta, GA, UPS Ground deliveries generally arrive within two days to destinations on the East coast.

Orders must be placed by 3:00PM for guaranteed same-day shipment processing.

 

What are the shipping restrictions?

Online orders are only processed and shipped when the shipping address matches the billing address of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. If the shipping destination differs from the billing address of the purchasing credit or debit card, the transaction will be cancelled.

If you need an order shipped to a destination other than the credit or debit card’s billing address, please use Paypal to complete your transaction.

We do not ship outside of the United States.

 

What products can’t be ordered online?

1. “Out of Stock” Inventory

Products with no current inventory are generally blocked from being able to be purchased online. Occasionally, out-of-stock items are able to be added to your cart. If an order is placed containing an out-of-stock or backordered item, the order will remain as pending and you will be notified via email. If no response is received within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled and the funds voided.

2. Limited Inventory

High-demand and new release products are not able to be purchased online due to limited quantities from the manufacturer or being subject to a pre-order request list. If you would like to pre-order or reserve an item with limited inventory, please email onlinesales@showcaseinc.com.

3. Used & Consignment Inventory

Call us old-fashioned, but we’re not going to sell you any pre-owed merchandise sight unseen. We only accept the highest-quality used gear and invite you to browse the selection in our showroom.

4. 100% of our Inventory

We sell thousands of products from over 300 manufacturers, and not all of our showroom inventory has made it to our online store. We’re working hard to have our entire selection available online.
